    虾子在广东话来讲就是“哈”,所以年夜饭吃虾,吃完就笑哈哈,是闵家欢乐的好意头。今年就来份独特味道的蒙古虾,单单配饭吃也很开胃,可扒上一碗白饭。

    Step 1

    热锅,放一点油煎香虎虾至熟透。Heat some oil in pan, fry the prawn till fully cooked.

    Step 2

    将材料A混合均匀。Mix well ingredient A and set aside.

    Step 3

    把混合好的材料A放入锅中煮沸,加入虎虾拌均匀即可上碟。Heat ingredient A till boil, then add in cooked prawn, mix well and dish out.
